PAYMENT

You can purchase any of our products by using PayPal through our webstore or, if you don't want to use PayPal you can email me and then purchase by cashier's check, money order, or bank wire transfer. If you'd like to wire your funds, please email Pat for instructions.

 

SHIPPING

In order to ensure the safe transit and arrival of your new equipment, we pack it extremely well using a lot of high-quality packing materials.  This is a time-intensive process, so all shipping charges include a handling fee.

 

IF YOUR MACHINE IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

A WORD ON SHIPPING: PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING BOX YOUR EQUIPMENT WAS SHIPPED IN UNTIL AFTER YOU'VE THOROUGHLY CHECKED EVERYTHING FOR DAMAGE AND FIELD-TESTED THE MACHINE.* IF YOUR EQUIPMENT IS DAMAGED IN ANY WAY DURING SHIPPING, YOU'LL NEED TO RETURN IT TO US FOR EVALUATION, INSPECTION AND REPAIR, IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX. NONE OF THE CARRIERS WILL HONOR THE INSURANCE CLAIM IF YOU DON'T PRESENT THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CONTAINER. WICKED COURSING WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE INCURRED DURING SHIPPING AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE ANYTHING FOR FREE.

*The Sure-Pak boxes are custom made for this equipment so if your equipment was shipped in one, you might want to hold onto it for storing or moving your machine in the future.

 

 WARRANTY

We really want you to be happy with your equipment, so we make it the absolute best on the market by using the best available parts and precision machining everything that we make. This is custom, hand-built equipment, so please make sure you really want this equipment before you place the order because once you do, it's yours.

NOTE: ONCE SHIPPED, DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS THAT IS CAUSED IN ANY WAY BY THE PURCHASER, END-USER, SHIPPING COMPANY, OR ANYONE OTHER THAN WICKED COURSING EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, WHETHER OR NOT INTENTIONAL, IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY AND WICKED COURSING WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF ANY REPAIRS NOR FOR ANY SHIPPING FEES WHATSOEVER.

Equipment purchased from Wicked Coursing is warranted against manufacturing defects:

Lure Baby Standard: 30 days

L'il Monster / HuntMaster / L'il Demon: 90 days (limited 1 year warranty on the motor)

During that time if something goes wrong that's our fault, we'll repair it. Warranty work can take a minimum of 4-6 weeks or more depending on the situation.

Some of the components such as the battery may have separate manufacturer's warranties, so please call us if you're having any trouble. The motor in the L'il Monster has a 1 year replacement warranty from the manufacturer.

Please do not disassemble your machine or take the wiring apart without talking to us first, or you will void your warranty. If something comes up, call us and we'll try to work through whatever the problem is. PLEASE DO NOT CALL BEFORE 9:00 A.M. OR AFTER 6:00 P.M. PST.

Each machine is bench tested and/or field tested prior to packaging it for shipment, so we know they function properly when they're shipped. If you want us to field test it, Lucy will be happy to accomodate all those requests. We know they run great before they leave for their destination, but if something happens in transit, call us. Please re-read the Damage policy above.

 

REFUNDS

1. Any refund request must be made within 3 days of placing an order; no refunds will be issued after that time.

2. If you've made a deposit and then some emergency comes up and you've made your refund request within 3 days:

(a) If we haven't ordered any parts, you'll receive a full refund minus any PayPal/bank/credit card fees we've incurred.

(b) If we've already ordered parts and your request is within the 3 day period, we'll refund the balance (deposit minus cost of parts) minus any PayPal/bank/credit card fees, plus a restocking fee of 20%.

3. Any refund requests made after the initial 3-day period will be denied.

4. If you've made a deposit and fail to pay the order balance due by the due date, your deposit will be forfeit.

5. We do not provide refunds for items damaged in shipping or for the repair/replacement machine that's coming to you because your original purchase was damaged during shipping. If your item is damaged in shipping, you will receive a replacement or repair (see the section above "If Your Machine Is Damaged During Shipping") - no refunds. This is why we insure our shipments. This should be self-evident but apparently not everyone understands this, so here it is in clear written language.
